We recommend opening the pre-order store at least 4 weeks before the event to maximise sales and allow delivery time. We can work with shorter windows if needed.

Can we also sell at the event itself?

Yes. Your online store can run alongside an on-site merch table. We can produce a batch of items for on-site selling through our Bulk Orders service.

What happens to the store after the event?

We can close the store on a date you choose, archive the designs and keep them available for post-event sales if you want to continue earning.

Can we include personalisation on items?

Yes. Items can include personalised elements such as names, numbers or custom text. Attendees add their personalisation at checkout.

Can we use the store for annual events?

Absolutely. Many of our event clients use Streamz as their permanent merchandise partner. Each year we create a fresh design for that year's event and open a new pre-order window.

What is the fulfilment timeline for orders?

Orders placed through the store are typically produced and dispatched within 5 to 10 working days. We recommend communicating the order deadline clearly to attendees.
